Based on newspaper and other reports, its saddens us to say that the DEP seems to have acquitted itself less than honorably at the recent hearing in Chester. Indeed, they seem to believe that a 98-foot dock would be just peachy in this location, no matter what the public in general might think. The Chester Harbor commission agrees with them.
