Has the true size of the Schaller dock been misrepresented? You decide.
Update: Jay McKay of the CRCPT has filed an outstanding brief with the DEP's Commissioner, Arthur Rocque. This brief does a thorough job of explaining to Mr Roque why his hearing officer's approval of the Schaller dock application was a disgraceful abrogation of her duty to the citizens of Connecticut. A thorough examination of several "applicant's exhibits" that were submitted to the DEP and the public by Mr Schaller's attorney and engineer reveals numerous inaccuracies in the documents.
Were the DEP and the public intentionally misled? We, of course, would never make such a suggestion. However, you can "take a tour of the evidence" and draw your own conclusions.

All of this evidence has been submitted to the DEP for consideration. If you'd like to download an Acrobat pdf file (924K file size) to print for your reference, click here. Otherwise, just follow the arrows.
